If you are reading this article you must know a lot, or have an interest in Content and Digital Marketing. You have a degree of understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. You have heard of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), AdWords, Keywords, Tags, etc. If not, I will not bore you by telling you more about what we do. I will, however, tell you about HOW and WHY we do what we do.
The Youth that took part in the Soweto Uprising in 1976 set a tone for the generation born in the two subsequent decades, ‘US’. The USA and the UK call us Millennials, but we shall stick with Youth; we are a generation with different titles, but our common placard is the Internet – We live here! We are a generation of confused, contradictory, disillusioned and narcissistic commentators, who thrive on entitlement (which our predecessors fought for).
We are the same people who created catalysts for globalisation like Social Media, then oppose them when they overwhelm us. We are the same people that inspire system reforms while our peers sit back in the comfort of indifference. We create hype and destroy it. We control supply and demand, and yet we still feel ignored.
No wonder we are independence-seekers, we are so over the blame-game! We so badly want the dreams and brighter futures that we were promised so we create pseudo and virtual realities. We consume and regurgitate information at such a fast rate that those same dreams we are chasing stay behind.
Regardless of all that, between over-thinkers, over-enthusiasts and attention-seekers, we have undeniably manifested a new understanding of one another by acknowledging each other’s differences. Some of our actions may not be as pleasant as others, but take heed … we are Influencers. Even without the access to the Internet we are Influencers in our communities.
This is how we look at YOUR business. We put ourselves in it, tear it apart and scrutinise it until we understand who you are and what you want. You are either IN or BETWEEN these words. You WANT TO HIRE US, because we are disruptive!
